Following the cycles of nature, this time of year reminds us like the trees of the value of letting go of things we no longer need in our lives.
When you let go, you create space in your life for new people, opportunities and experiences to come to you.
What things or relationships are you still clinging onto that have run their natural course or are holding you back?
Review the cycles in your life and your daily routines and ask yourself if they are supporting you or disempowering you.
How about the way you spend your free time, are you doing things which make you feel happy, relaxed, creative or adventurous?
Don’t be afraid to shake things up, try new ways of doing things, visit different places or join groups which share your interests, even if these have to be online at the moment.
This is a time of mindfulness and inner reflection, a chance to review how you are doing things and the results you have received.
