At low tide I love exploring the caves in Filey. I dream of smugglers and pirates of days gone by using secret tunnels and sea caves to hide their bounty. This is a place steeped in history just waiting to be unearthed.
Filey is one of the very few award winning unspoilt beaches where you can walk for miles and discover amazing fosills. I love to hold one during my walking meditations and tune into the whispers of the ancient seas.
