The Witches Runes are different from the Elder Futhark Runes in that the Witches Runes are not an alphabet. The Witches Runes are instead a series of symbols that can be used in meditation and divination. There are different versions of the Witches Runes, using from 8 to 13 symbols.
I love to use these as a change from my usual oracle cards. I find the meanings to be shorter but more direct. I like to focus on my chosen Runes and see each symbol as a portal into my subconscious mind. I quickly find that that they get to the heart of the matter very quickly bringing me insights and solutions I wouldn’t have normally thought of.
