Anyone familiar with the work of Dr Masaru Emoto will understand the importance of the quality of the water that we put into our body and how it can affect us.
Dr Masaru Emoto printed out words onto pieces of paper, pasted them onto a clear bottle and froze the contents. This allowed the vibration of the actual words to become imprinted in the ice crystals that consequently formed. When viewed through specialist magnifying equipment, words and positive affirmations, such as, “Love”, “Happiness” and “Gratitude” formed beautiful perfect snowflake patterns.
Words with negative connotations such as “Hate”, “War” and “You fool” went on to form ugly distorted images, many unable to form clear crystalline shapes. Water which had been prayed over in an experiment also formed beautiful crystal formations. Distance doesn’t appear to be a barrier either as people from one country can affect water from another one, proving that at the most basic level we are all connected. As our body weight is made up over 70% water, so it is little wonder the effect the kind of words we use when speaking to one another is having on our physical and spiritual well being.
By taking a bottle of water you can tape to it a message, or an affirmation, allow it to take affect for a little while before drinking it. There are no limitations to how you can use this in your life. If you are feeling ill you could tape a message saying “Healing Water”. If you are feeling stressed how about one saying “I am calm and relaxed”?
Water is such a powerful conduit for energy, gem or crystals elixirs utilise similar methods. I have found through experimentation that it can even change the taste of the water. I have used some of the Reiki symbols with water and it left the water slightly carbonated and tasting just like a soluble aspirin had been added to it. It worked just the same too!
